I liked how you mentioned the gradual nature of building a PLN. I think it’s important to note that taking one’s time to determine their purpose for connecting with others, who to reach out to, the method they may use, and how engaging with this individual will expand their personal and professional needs is vital in creating a strong PLN. As Amy Storer mentioned in the interview with Wakelet, being intentional in who you surround yourself with makes a difference. We should try to interact with those that challenge our beliefs, keep us accountable, push our understanding, but also empower us.
